It’s a milestone year for the Attractions EXSA Awards, with a record number of nominations received. This year’s Award Ceremony celebrated 1,236 Service Champions from 34 attractions, comprising 418 Silver, 301 Gold, and 517 Star Award recipients. Between July and September 2025, a total of 55 development workshops were conducted to further strengthen service capabilities across the sector.
We also recognised 12 ASA Service Excellence Commendation Award recipients from 10 internship attractions, acknowledging outstanding young talents in our industry.
From the 10 outstanding finalists, Mr Muhammad Hafiz Bin Hussin from Singapore Cable Car (MFLG) emerged as the EXSA Superstar 2025, earning the EXSA’s highest honour for exemplary service excellence.
The other 4 finalists were:

- Mr Muhammad Zikri Bin Mohamad Sani, Singapore Oceanarium (Resorts World Sentosa)
- Mr Dillon Seah Jia Jun, Universal Studios Singapore (Resorts World Sentosa)
- Ms Tan Shu Keng, Wild Wild Wet
