EXSA 2022

After a 2-year hiatus, ASA thanked our attractions’ HR and EXSA liaison team for taking the time and efforts in nominating their service champions for ASA EXSA 2022.  This year, ASA recognised and conferred the Awards to 693 awardees from 14 attractions, comprising 441 unsung heroes in Silver award category, 150 in Gold award and 102 in Star award category.  

This year, 2 EXSA SuperStar award nominees were conferred the new Shining Star Award, namely  Mr. Muhammad Fahmi from Mandai Wildlife Group - Night Safari and Ms. Mahfuza Binte Kosaini from Gardens by the Bay. 

The coveted EXSA SuperStar Award went to Ms. Low Susie from Resorts World Sentosa – Universal Studios Singapore, who serve as a role model for service champions vying for the crème de la crème Award.
